Vectorization is a service where one of our graphic designers carefully recreates your raster artwork in a high-quality vector format. Once this service has been completed, we�re unable to offer a refund if you decide to cancel your order.

As a custom printing company, we recognize the importance of free expression; however, we also have a responsibility to ensure that our services are not used to promote hate or discrimination.

What We Do Not Print

We do not print any content that contains or promotes:

• Hate speech, including language that incites violence, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

• Symbols of hate, such as (but not limited to) the swastika, SS bolts, or other imagery commonly associated with hate groups.

Limitations on Review Process

While we make every effort to prevent the printing of hate speech and symbols of hate, we process a high volume of orders daily and do not have the capacity to manually review external links, QR codes, or the background of every design submission. If a design does not contain explicit hate speech or symbols, it may still be printed even if external elements—such as a website referenced in the design—contain controversial or offensive content.

How We Make Decisions

We evaluate designs based on their visible content, context, and intent. If a design is flagged by an employee or customer as potentially violating this policy, we will review it and make a determination accordingly. If a design is found to contain hate speech or symbols of hate, we reserve the right to refuse printing.

Balancing Free Expression and Responsibility

Our goal is not to act as censors but to uphold ethical standards that align with our company values. We acknowledge that we may not always be aware of the broader implications of every design submitted. However, we remain committed to refusing designs that clearly promote hate.

When you order a set of 25 stickers, where each sticker has its own unique design, it will be more expensive than ordering 25 stickers of the same design. This difference in pricing is due to the time and effort required to process multiple unique files.

Each unique design you order needs to be individually processed by our team, which takes more time compared to processing just one design for a large quantity. So, while you'll receive 25 stickers in both cases, we can offer a reduced price when you order a larger quantity of a single design.

However, we also offer pre-designed sticker bundles that are discounted compared to the pricing of custom sticker sets. These bundles, such as our "nifty gifty" products, fall into that category and provide a cost-effective option for purchasing multiple designs.

We take pride in crafting each of our stickers to your unique specifications, ensuring a personalized and high-quality product. Due to the custom nature of our stickers, we are unable to accept returns for reasons unrelated to production errors or quality issues.

We stand behind our products and are committed to providing outstanding customer service. If there is a problem with your order, please email a photograph to sales@carstickers.com so we can address the issue accordingly. Although we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy, feel free to call us to discuss any issue you have within 60 days of your purchase.

Refunds

If we are unable to provide the product or material you ordered, we will provide alternative options. If those alternatives are not acceptable, we will provide store credit or a refund of that line item.

Vectorization is a service where a graphic designer recreates your raster artwork in vector format. If you contact us to cancel your order after this service has been completed, we will be unable to provide a refund.

Order Changes or Modifications

In order to offer lightning-fast turnaround times, orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Line items that have been sent into production cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to change something about your order, please call our Customer Service team at 844-647-2730 during normal business hours and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Venmo. If you wish to pay with a prepaid gift card or by check, you can do so through PayPal. Please note that we do not accept personal checks sent by mail.

'Gang-run' printing is a method where multiple designs are printed on a single sheet to lower costs. At CarStickers.com, we don't allow gang-runs for custom stickers because we prioritize the quality and precision of each individual sticker. However, we offer competitive pricing with discounts on bulk orders, and if you need multiple stickers on one sheet, we provide printed sticker sheets as a great alternative.

For stickers sized at 1.25" or smaller, they will be shipped in strips or on sheets for easier handling and application.

When it comes to matching your design dimensions, our policy is to adjust the sticker size to fit your design accurately. For example, if you upload a 10�x5� design but order a 10�x10� sticker, we will produce your sticker at 10�x5� to preserve the integrity of your design. We never stretch or distort your artwork, ensuring it looks exactly as intended. Any difference in cost due to the size adjustment will be promptly refunded.
