Absolutely. Magnetic signs are fully removable and reusable. They can be repositioned multiple times without damaging the surface underneath—just make sure both the surface and magnet are clean for best results.

Although the magnets are weatherproof, we recommend removing car door magnets before entering a car wash. The water pressure and brushes can be strong enough to remove the magnets from your vehicle.

Some newer vehicles are made with aluminum, carbon fiber, or plastic body panels that are not magnetic. Because of this, custom magnets may not stick to certain parts of your vehicle.

Before placing your order, we strongly recommend testing your application surface with a refrigerator magnet. If the magnet doesn’t stick, our custom magnet won’t either.

Our custom magnets are made from flexible magnetic sheeting that’s 30 mil (0.030") thick. Each magnet features a full-color printed vinyl surface with a protective gloss laminate for added durability and weather resistance. This construction is commonly used for car magnets, promotional magnets, and removable magnetic signs.

Magnetic sheeting will stick to flat, magnetic metal surfaces such as steel car doors, refrigerators, filing cabinets, and lockers. Many businesses use car magnets on vehicle doors for advertising. Magnetic sheeting will not adhere to non-metal surfaces like aluminum, fiberglass, plastic, or glass.

Yes, our magnets are outdoor-rated. The magnetic material is backed with a UV-laminated vinyl face, making it resistant to rain, sunlight, and road debris. It’s ideal for temporary outdoor use like car advertising or promotional signage.
