James's review of Vinyl Lettering Decals
I ordered a window decal for my race car and the fine folks shipped it out promptly. When it arrived I tried to install it but for whatever reason it would not let go of the backing. I tried several times and ended up damaging the sticker Beyond repair. Not being a decal rookie I had tried and failed but not after attempting everything I knew. The fine people over here ship me a new sticker at no charge and they told me that the vinyl had been cut too deeply which is why it was sticking. These folks are great to deal with and their customer service is excellent I will definitely be using them for my purchases in the future.
