Paid for two day shipping. Never received package for a whole week and no one told me there was any issue with the package shipment, nor could I check the tracking number for the package. I had to call and then instead of calling back they replaced the order. They did upgrade shipping for free for us for the new order which I appreciate, but now our schedule for preparing for our event was delayed and I am having to change plans because of the lack of communication for the loss of our package. Like I said I appreciate the effort after the fact, this just wasn't the greatest experience with communication.
