I couldn't be happier with the product! My only (slight) issue is that I was informed my order was being looked at by the designers, however not informed the item had shipped. It wasn't until a week and a half later that I finally decided to track it, finding it was at the local post office that morning and would be delivered that day. Thank you guys for helping me to memorialize my baby girl.
