Service and decal were fantastic. We'll definitely come back for future purchases. There was some concern about our layout due to the website and the fact that it was a very thin white font, but the customer service person was able to validate our layout and we were good to go! I was a little overzealous with the water when I applied the decal (4' x 11"), and the paper backing started to separate on me, but applied flawlessly nonetheless!
