We had an issue with my sticker, and it was promptly and professionally dealt with by a very competent and caring staff. The end product is better than I envisioned it would be, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I used my sticker to decorate my guitar, and it looks just like I painted it on. You can't even tell it's a sticker.
