Yes, you can order die-cut stickers with or without a border. When selecting your size and material, you'll see the option to "add border" or "no border." If you choose to design online by clicking the "Design Online" button, you'll find the option for "cut path options" after uploading your image or choosing clipart. Here, you can customize the border width and color to perfectly match your design. If you're unsure, you can always add a note in the special instructions before you check out!
No, we cannot remove watermarks from artwork found online. Watermarks are typically applied by stock photo sites to protect the rights of the original artist. If you have artwork with a watermark, we recommend locating the artwork on the site that applied the watermark and purchasing the rights to use it. Once you have the properly licensed version, we'll be happy to help you with your project.
The best way to set up a transfer sticker file is to use vector files. Vector files ensure the design remains sharp and clear, regardless of the size.
Files must be submitted in one of the following file formats:
When you upload your own graphic and order a sticker from us, if you havent specified the exact size of your sticker, a default size (typically 4 x 4) will be applied to your order. If your sticker is not intended to be exactly 4 x 4, this size will likely be incorrect and will need to be adjusted.
This adjustment can happen in one of two ways:
If we adjust the graphic to fit the listed size, the result might not be what you envisioned. This issue becomes more pronounced the greater the difference between the intended size and the default size. For example, if your design is meant to be 2 high by 4 wide, but the size listed on the order is 4 x 4, the graphic would be stretched to fit, making it look distorted:
After resizing to 4 x 4, it may look like this:
As you can see, the stretched graphic distorts the artwork, which is the main drawback of this approach.
The other option is to adjust the size listed on the order to match the intended size of your design. This approach ensures that your graphic wont be stretched or compressed in any way, preserving the integrity of your design. However, changing the size of an order can also affect the price. Sometimes this works to your advantage, resulting in a lower cost and a refund, but other times the new size might increase the cost. In either case, our team will reach out to inform you of any price changes on your order, ensuring that youre fully aware and can approve the adjustments.
If your artwork is low resolution or low quality, you have two options:
