Permanent Adhesive Stickers are the highest-strength option in the CarStickers Standard Vinyl adhesive range. They are designed for projects where staying securely attached over the long term matters more than easy future removal.
That distinction is the reason to choose this product. Permanent Adhesive is not simply a more durable version of a regular sticker; it changes the holding-power side of the decision. If the application calls for the strongest adhesive option we offer on Standard Vinyl, this is the product built for that role.
Permanent Adhesive uses an aggressive pressure-sensitive adhesive intended for long-term applications. It is the highest-strength option compared with Light and Standard Adhesive and is not documented as a removable adhesive.
“Permanent” does not mean the sticker is physically impossible to remove. It means easy or clean future removal should not be the expectation when choosing this adhesive. If removability matters to the project, Light or Standard Adhesive is a better place to compare before ordering.
This comparison is important because adhesive strength and sticker durability are related buying considerations, but they are not the same thing. Choosing Permanent Adhesive should be a deliberate decision about holding power, not simply a default upgrade.
Permanent Adhesive has documented support for certain slightly textured outdoor wall substrates, including brick, tile, and concrete. That gives it a legitimate role when a stronger adhesive is needed for surfaces that are more demanding than a typical smooth application.
Surface performance still depends on the actual substrate and installation conditions, so this should not be treated as a guarantee that Permanent Adhesive will work on every rough, textured, coated, painted, or difficult surface. The documented surface claim is specific rather than universal.
Permanent Adhesive Stickers are printed on 3.5 mil Standard Vinyl with a documented outdoor durability of 7 years. Outdoor conditions, installation quality, and the application surface can still affect real-world performance.
Matte or gloss lamination is automatically included at no additional cost. The laminate helps protect the printed surface against UV exposure, water, and scratches, supporting the long-term role of the product without overstating what any single installation can guarantee.
A stronger adhesive is not a substitute for proper installation. Clean the application area with rubbing alcohol or soap and water, allow the surface to dry completely, and avoid Windex or other ammonia-based cleaners immediately before application because residue can affect adhesion.
CarStickers recommends applying adhesive-backed products when the temperature is between 60°F and 80°F. Surface texture, moisture, outdoor exposure, and installation conditions can all affect adhesive performance. Permanent Adhesive gives you the strongest option in the range, but the actual surface and application environment still matter to the final result.
Permanent Adhesive Stickers support full-color printing and can be contour cut when you want the finished sticker to follow the shape of your artwork. That gives you the same design flexibility as other printed stickers while changing the adhesive strength underneath the design.
CarStickers has no minimum quantity for this product, free standard U.S. shipping is included, and the stickers are manufactured at our facility in Bend, Oregon. You can order the quantity your project requires without using a weaker adhesive simply to accommodate a small run.
Choose Permanent Adhesive when the priority is a stronger, longer-term bond. If the project is likely to change or future removal matters, compare Light or Standard Adhesive first; if maximum holding strength is the deciding factor, Permanent Adhesive is the appropriate end of the range.
