Hi Emily, I'm sorry that you are having difficulty removing the sticker with the transfer tape. Sometimes the tape separates during shipping and needs to be rubbed down with something flat like a credit card. Please replace the tape and do this if the vinyl does not come up with tape. There is an example of how to do this on our applications page: https://www.carstickers.com/instructions.php The team has sent you a new sticker and you should be receiving it in a day or two.
