I received an email saying my stickers would be sent out within 5 days. It has been almost 10 days now and they are not sent. I am very disappointed in the slow service as it was promised to be much faster.

Hello Lin, Our site says that it will be sent out within 5 days of receiving the order, and it was. You placed the order on the 7th and we shipped it out on the 11th. You should have received an email stating when it was sent out. Your stickers should get to you very soon! I'm very sorry you feel that we took too long.

When my best friend passed away, I knew I had to get something in memory of him for my car! He always worked on my car and LOVED cars so much! He was killed in a motorcycle wreck, and although it's been hard, thankfully my car sticker reminds me of him when I'm in crazy traffic! The service was great, and I love the results!!

Pretty awesome sticker , the only bad part was the shipping. I was unable to track my stickers location, even when i contacted customer service. Overall, great sticker!

The sticker I received wasn't the exact one that I ordered, but it still looked cool so I was satisfied. I just hope I get the exact one that I shown on the website when I get my next sticker.

Very nicely done. The picture turned out great. The only problem was the M kinda crinkled.I wish they could be put on the inside of the window though.Will be ordering a couple more.I live the remembrance I have with me.

I order my sticker for my Beetle but it got lost in the mail. After emailing customer service that it had not arrived yet, they promptly made me a new one with no question asked. The second time around shipping was fast. Good overall :)

I brought a standard sticker and then wanted another one for the otherwise of my car from their website . 6 weeks later the 2nd sticker had not arrived , hence I was told there was a hitch with their system . After a few weeks of emails with several different people all saying different things I get a email saying : we are not able to make the sticker you require . Oddly enough , it was their standard template and only said 'racing' And they had alrwady made one !! Took months to get my money back . Shocking service , dealt with very poorly ..

I'm very sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with us. I don't know the whole story, but I do know that it takes a while for our shipments to get to other countries due to customs. My records also show that your order was refunded about 3 weeks after your order was placed. That's our standard timeframe to recreate an order or submit a refund due to a shipment not reaching it's destination.

Have had terrible results with lettering from other vendors. This went on with little effort and hassle. Compliments the Jumping Fox image applied in March from Carsticker's. Very pleased with this company. By the way, this is my truck's name.

LOVE my car stickers. Had purchased numerous a few years ago, but thought it was time to update and refresh my 'style'. I also got some for my daughter. The picture attached are the three stickers I've used on my car. LOVE them. Quality was great on the ones I originally purchased, didn't fade, and never peeled or flaked after 3.5yrs (purchased in April 2010)
