Omar's review of Die Cut Sticker With Border
Hello, I received my stickers and was disappointed with the color. It looks very dark and the color isn't solid. You can't tell the difference between the dark green and grey. Can I please receive a refund or have my stickers redone? Attached is a PDF of the image that I sent and the stickers I received. Kind Regards, Omar Aviles
I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the colors for your sticker. The type of file you provided, a PNG, is a raster image which limits our ability to adjust certain colors. After reprinting the image a few different ways, we have been unsuccessful at creating the colors you desire, so we have refunded your order in full. If you have a vector file of the artwork, we will be able to print your stickers with more accurate colors.
