I called to get help on where to upload an EPS file to be made into a cutout vinyl window decal for my motorcycle. The CSR was great--efficient and friendly. The decal was sent in a very rigid envelope to prevent it from getting bent in shipping. Applying it was as easy as the included instructions said.

the colors on our car decals were not as bright as they were when I created them. The red was more of an orange and the black was way more gray then we had hoped..

Hi Susan, I am sorry to hear that your stickers did not turn out as you expected. I have looked at the graphic file that was uploaded and believe I have found the problems. The color value of "WAVES" and the other text do not match. I can see that the text looks darker when it is on a computer screen than when it is printed. The reason why this can happen is that monitors use RGB values for color while printers use CMYK. This means that the printed color of black can appear lighter on paper that it will on a monitor. The color selected for the outline is "Orange Red" which is why it appears more orange than red. I have worked with our Processing department to correct your file and we will redo this order for you for free.

Rather than going to a local shop to have them apply decals to my company vehicle, I figured that I'd find a shop online to print them and apply them myself... and probably saved some cash doing so. The sticker quality was good, easy to apply and look great. The only problem was a slight hiccup with sending me the wrong order, however carstickers.com was quick to correct the problem, and even let me upload a different logo to correct for some color concerns I had (my error, not theirs). My ONLY complaint was that I wish I'd known that using the cut-out option, some transparent areas of my vector logo would default to white. Probably should have assumed this, but whatev. Learning curve. Aside from what is shown in the photo I uploaded, I also put two large logos on either door as well as some 5' lettering, but figured I'd show the smaller detail on the tailgate and how clean it came out.Too long; didn't read: 10/10 would use again.
