Hi Susan, I am sorry to hear that your stickers did not turn out as you expected. I have looked at the graphic file that was uploaded and believe I have found the problems. The color value of "WAVES" and the other text do not match. I can see that the text looks darker when it is on a computer screen than when it is printed. The reason why this can happen is that monitors use RGB values for color while printers use CMYK. This means that the printed color of black can appear lighter on paper that it will on a monitor. The color selected for the outline is "Orange Red" which is why it appears more orange than red. I have worked with our Processing department to correct your file and we will redo this order for you for free.
